Al Masaood National General Contracting is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced

QA/QC Engineer

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

8 years of proven experience

in

quality assurance and quality control

, specifically in

high-rise building projects

. The position requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company standards and project specifications. Review and ensure that all quality-related procedures are followed at the site. Coordinate with the client, consultant, and site team to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform inspections and witness testing activities as per the approved inspection and test plans (ITPs). Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, including reports, NCRs, CARs, and QA/QC logs. Conduct internal audits and assist with third-party audits. Review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings for compliance. Provide technical support and guidance to site engineers and subcontractors regarding quality requirements. Identify quality issues and provide corrective/preventive actions. Ensure that quality control procedures are strictly adhered to during construction activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles, with a strong background in

high-rise building construction

. In-depth knowledge of international quality standards and local regulatory requirements. Strong familiarity with construction materials, methods, and inspection procedures. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC software tools. Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus. Must be available to join
