Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a

QA/QC Engineer

with a background in the

construction industry

, who is

immediately available

and has

2 to 3 years of Gulf experience

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems and ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement project-specific QA/QC plans and ensure adherence to construction standards and client requirements. Conduct inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and site activities in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with quality standards and raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) when necessary. Maintain documentation of all inspection records, test results, and quality-related activities. Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality issues and inspections. Assist in preparing and reviewing Method Statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and other quality documents. Ensure all quality control and assurance activities are documented in line with ISO and project requirements. Support the QA/QC Manager in conducting internal audits and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Participate in quality meetings and provide feedback on construction quality performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

within the Gulf region

is mandatory. Strong knowledge of QA/QC practices, ISO standards, and construction codes. Familiarity with civil works, structural inspections, and material testing procedures. Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001, QC Engineering Certificate) is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC documentation systems.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
