Create project-specific quality assurance plans based on client and regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards, company policies, and contractual obligations.
Conduct quality-related training for workers and staff to promote awareness and compliance.
Plan and perform internal audits to verify that systems are followed and to identify areas for improvement.
Manage QA documentation such as ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), checklists, and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and tests of materials, equipment, and installations.
Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
Review and approve material submittals and technical specifications.
Identify, document, and report non-conformities; follow up with corrective and preventive actions (NCRs, CARs, PARs).
Coordinate with external testing labs, certification agencies, or consultants as needed.
Submit regular inspection reports, audit findings, and quality performance summaries.
Archive inspection records, test results, certificates, and QA/QC documentation for project closeout.
Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding quality issues.
Attend and contribute to site progress, quality, and coordination meetings.
Ensure all quality documentation is complete and accepted for project handover.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes (e.g., ASTM, BS, ISO, ASME), regulations, and contractual obligations.
Promote continuous improvement in quality practices on-site.
