Job Description

About the Role



We are seeking a qualified and experienced

QA/QC Engineer

to join our team for ongoing

oil & gas and industrial projects

. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with

QatarEnergy projects

and a strong understanding of

quality control, inspection procedures, and project specifications

in the EPC environment.

Key Responsibilities



Implement and maintain

QA/QC procedures and inspection plans

in compliance with project requirements. Review and approve

ITPs, method statements, and material submittals

. Conduct

site inspections

, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Monitor

welding, coating, hydrotesting, and fabrication activities

for compliance with approved procedures. Manage

NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentation

. Support project teams during

audits, surveillance, and handover documentation

. Ensure compliance with

QatarEnergy and international codes and standards

(ASME, API, ISO, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline

. Minimum

5-8 years' experience

in QA/QC roles within

oil & gas or industrial EPC projects

.

Previous experience in QatarEnergy projects

is highly preferred. Certified in

ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor

; additional certifications (CSWIP, NDT Level II, BGAS, etc.) are an advantage. Strong understanding of

QA/QC documentation, testing procedures, and project handover requirements

. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
