Job Description

We are hiring a

QA/QC Engineer

with a strong background in

civil and infrastructure projects

to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained across all phases of construction. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing project execution, enforcing quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes, specifications, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across all civil/infrastructure works Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Material Submittals, and QA/QC documentation Conduct routine site inspections, material testing, and quality audits Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective/preventive actions Liaise with consultants, contractors, and third-party inspectors for quality checks and final approvals Maintain comprehensive quality records in line with ISO 9001 and project-specific requirements Participate in project handover, including final inspection and preparation of QA/QC dossiers

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 8

years of experience

in QA/QC roles within

infrastructure or civil construction projects

in the UAE or GCC Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ASTM, BS, ACI, etc.) Familiar with infrastructure components (roads, utilities, drainage, bridges, etc.) Experience with QA/QC documentation, inspections, and reporting Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC-related tools Excellent communication and coordination skills
