Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
QA/QC Engineer (Civil)
to join our team in theConstruction and interior fit-out
sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all materials, workmanship, and finished products meet the required standards and project specifications.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain quality control systems for all construction and fit out works. Inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct in-process and final inspections for works. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and other QA/QC documentation. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues. Attend site inspections and prepare snag lists and completion reports. Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC within joinery and interior fit-out projects. Familiar with quality standards like ISO. Good communication and reporting skills. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
