Should have Minimum 3 Years UAE experience in Fit out industry.
should have Civil Engineering Background.
Preferred Candidate who can join Immediate Basis.

Quality Assurance:

Develop and implement the project-specific

Quality Plan

, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and checklists. Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with relevant standards, codes, and specifications. Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings for quality compliance. Conduct internal quality audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Monitor and verify subcontractor QA/QC procedures and compliance.

Quality Control:

Conduct inspections for incoming materials, in-progress works, and final finishes. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action records. Coordinate with consultants/clients for joint inspections and approvals. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all QA/QC records as per company and project requirements. Verify that punch list items are completed before project handover.

Project Coordination:

Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Design Teams to resolve quality-related issues. Assist in preparing handover documents such as QA/QC dossiers, warranties, test certificates, and as-built drawings. Ensure that health, safety, and environmental standards are integrated with quality procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

3-7 years

of experience in

interior fit-out or construction projects

. Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015). Familiar with materials and finishes used in interior fit-out (joinery, gypsum, paint, MEP coordination, etc.). Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and quality documentation tools.
