Bachelor's Degree

Professional Experience:

Experience

: Generally, 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry.

: Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards.
Technical Skills:

Quality Management Systems

: Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS)

Inspection and Testing

: Knowledge of inspection methods, testing procedures, and quality control techniques.

Construction Standards

: Familiarity with construction standards and codes

Software Proficiency

: Experience with software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and quality management software.

Job Responsibilities:

Quality Planning

: Develop and implement the project's quality plan, including quality control procedures and inspection plans.

Inspection and Testing

: Conduct inspections and tests of materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Non-Conformance Management

: Identify non-conformances, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Auditing

: Perform internal audits of the construction processes and quality management system to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting

: Maintain comprehensive records of quality activities, including inspection reports, test results, and audit findings.

Training and Education

: Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Coordination

: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
