Job Description
Implement and monitor project-specific
Quality Control Plans, ITPs, and checklists
for civil works. Conduct inspections forstructural, architectural, concrete, and finishing works
. Review and approve civil shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance with project specifications. Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to approved quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities on quality-related matters. Ensure compliance withUAE authority standards and approvals
(Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RTA, etc.). Maintain records of inspections, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective/preventive actions. Participate in testing of materials (concrete, steel, soil, asphalt, etc.) and review test results for compliance. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including daily inspection reports, material certificates, and project handover files. Conduct site audits to verify compliance with project and company QA/QC procedures. Support risk identification, defect prevention, and project closeout activities.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
