We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Q.A./Q.C. Engineer (Civil)

to oversee and ensure the quality of civil construction works on site. The ideal candidate will be a

Civil Engineering graduate

with

at least 7 years of experience

, preferably in the UAE, and a solid understanding of quality assurance and control processes in high-rise or villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control plan Conduct inspections and ensure all construction activities meet approved drawings, specifications, and standards Prepare QA/QC documentation including inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality reports Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project quality standards and client requirements Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the site team on all QA/QC issues Maintain records of material approvals, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) Participate in internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented Support continuous improvement in quality practices across the project

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience

in civil construction, preferably in the UAE Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards Familiar with international QA/QC standards and UAE building codes Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC tracking tools
