We are seeking a

Civil QA/QC Engineer

with

2-3 years of UAE experience

to support quality assurance and quality control activities on construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and fit-out works and a strong understanding of local standards and project quality requirements.

Note:

Candidates with

Oil & Gas or EPC project experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain the project QA/QC plan in accordance with contract specifications and approved standards Conduct inspections for civil works including concrete, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing works Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Coordinate with consultants, project engineers, and site teams for inspections and approvals Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, checklists, and reports Monitor material approvals, testing, and subcontractor quality performance Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions Assist in internal audits and consultant audits related to quality compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum

2-3 years of relevant UAE experience

in construction projects Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and local authority standards Experience in building construction and/or fit-out works Familiarity with ISO standards is an added advantage Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC documentation systems

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
