Job Description

Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.

Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.

Assist employees in ensuring knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems..

Studies the Project specifications in detail for the complete scope, materials, work execution, tests etc. required for the project.

Communicates with third-party Independent testing companies

Preparation of Method Statement, Material Submittal and other related to quality documents of the project.

Preparation of all the Inspection request of all the works.

Preparation of all Material Inspection Request for all the materials received at site.

Inspected the construction work regularly to ensure that the work is done accordingly as per approved drawing & Specifications.

Performed regular surveys to ensure that the work is progressing according to the plan.

Responsible for Quality control inspections at site for all works.

Ensure that the sub-contractor follows the contract and the work is done accordingly.

Monitor/Supervised construction activities to ensure that the works progresses in a manner that will result in compliance with the project specifications and approved drawings and that the work is completed within specified time. Review inspection records and approved the results.

Ensuring that construction goes with scope of works and other contract documents and requirements.

Landscaping previous Experience is an advantage
