Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

QA/QC Engineer - Aluminum & Facade (Site)

to oversee the quality of facade, glazing, and cladding installation works at project sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in facade installation quality control and possess a

valid UAE Driving License

to manage multiple site locations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor

project QA/QC plans

and ensure all site activities comply with approved specifications and standards. Conduct

inspection of facade installation works

, including curtain walls, aluminum windows, doors, cladding, and glazing systems. Verify that materials, workmanship, and installation procedures meet project and industry quality standards. Prepare and submit

Inspection Requests (IRs)

and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. Raise and follow up on

Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

and corrective actions. Maintain complete and accurate

QA/QC documentation

, including inspection reports, checklists, and test results. Conduct

pre-installation and post-installation inspections

, ensuring alignment, sealing, and finish quality. Participate in

site coordination meetings

and interface with production, design, and project management teams. Perform

mock-up inspections, water tests, and final handover inspections

with clients and consultants. Ensure site compliance with

HSE and company quality policies

. Travel between multiple project sites as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.

5-8 years of experience

in facade/aluminum installation quality control (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of facade systems, curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing, and sealing systems. Familiar with

QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and project specifications

. Excellent documentation, inspection, and coordination skills. Proficient in

MS Office, AutoCAD

, and quality documentation systems.

Valid UAE Driving License

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants, clients, and site teams.
