Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

QA/QC Engineer

with hands-on

site experience

in aluminum and facade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all materials, workmanship, and construction processes meet project specifications, industry standards, and company quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control:

Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for aluminum and facade projects. Ensure compliance with client specifications, project requirements, and industry standards. Conduct inspections and audits at different project stages to verify material and workmanship quality. Monitor the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure alignment with company standards.

Site Inspections:

Perform routine site inspections to monitor installation and fabrication quality. Identify and document deviations or non-conformances, and coordinate corrective actions. Work closely with site personnel to maintain adherence to quality procedures during all project phases.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports. Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for management and project stakeholders. Manage documentation for material submittals, shop drawings, and inspection requests.

Training & Support:

Provide training and guidance to project and site teams on quality standards and best practices. Support the QA/QC Manager in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Communication & Coordination:

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on all quality-related matters. Participate in project meetings to review quality performance, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years

of QA/QC experience in the aluminum, facade, or construction industry.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, procedures, and relevant standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.). Proficiency in inspection tools, methods, and quality reporting.

Other Skills:

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

License:

Must hold a valid

UAE Driving License

and be willing to travel to multiple project sites.
