Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

QA/QC Engineer

with a strong background in supervising construction projects in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have minimum 9 years in QA/QC roles (minimum 5 years in UAE and 3 years in supervision consultancy)Previous experience in Provis/ Musanada projects.

1. Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for the project.

2. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction activities meet quality standards.

3. Review and approve contractors' quality control procedures and inspection reports.

4. Ensure the adherence to both local and international standards for construction quality.

5. Monitor and verify the testing and inspection of materials and equipment used on-site.

6. Track and report quality performance against project specifications and standards.

7. Manage the collection, recording, and reporting of non-conformance issues.

8. Collaborate with contractors to ensure that any issues related to quality are resolved promptly.

9. Ensure that all project documentation is maintained according to project standards.

10. Perform audits of contractors' quality control systems and practices.

11. Review and approve contractors' corrective actions in response to quality issues.

12. Coordinate with the client's representatives to ensure their quality requirements are met.

13. Track and resolve issues related to non-compliance or substandard work.

14. Ensure quality of workmanship is maintained across all aspects of the refurbishment work.

15. Assist in the final inspection and handover process to ensure quality standards are met.

16. Coordinate with the Contractor and close out the project as per Provis standards
