Job Title: QA/QC Engineer

:

We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer to ensure that our construction projects meet quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and client specifications. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of quality assurance and control procedures, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and coordinating with site teams to resolve any quality-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and documentation for construction projects. Review technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Perform inspections and tests at various stages of construction to ensure work meets approved standards. Maintain and manage quality control documentation, including inspection requests (IRs), material approvals, method statements, and test reports. Monitor and report on the quality performance of subcontractors and internal teams. Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities during inspections and audits. Assist in preparing project handover documents and quality dossiers. Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per approved specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards. Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
