Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced
QA/QC Engineer
with3 to 5 years of hands-on experience
instructural steel fabrication
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding inspection, quality control procedures, and international standards compliance, contributing to the successful execution of high-quality steel fabrication projects.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
inspection of welding activities
VerifyWPS/PQR/WQT
documentation and ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., AWS D1.1, ASME). Prepare and maintainInspection Test Plans (ITPs)
, Quality Procedures, andQA/QC reports
. SuperviseNDT (UT, MT, PT, RT)
testing and liaise with third-party inspectors. Monitorcoating/painting
procedures (if applicable) according to NACE/BGAS standards. Ensure traceability of materials and consumables used in fabrication. Support internal and external audits; maintain quality records.Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.

- MandatoryASNT Level II
(UT, MT, PT, RT) - RequiredBGAS / NACE Level I or II
- Preferred Strong understanding ofISO 9001
