We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all quality assurance and quality control processes are implemented effectively across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and policies.

Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Prepare reports on quality performance and propose corrective actions when necessary.

Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of QA/QC experience, including at least 2 years within the UAE.

Strong knowledge of international and UAE quality standards and codes.

Proficiency in preparing quality reports, inspection plans, and non-conformance reports.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

ISO certificate is mandatory.

Having previous experience working in Abu Dhabi especially for governmental projects.

Valid UAE driving license is required.
