Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented

QA/QC Engineer

to ensure that all project activities, materials, and workmanship comply with established quality standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

construction quality control

and

oil & gas projects

, with proven skills in inspection coordination, documentation, and implementation of quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and monitor

material specifications

,

quality standards

, and

work processes

, recommending adjustments to ensure compliance with company policies, client, and statutory requirements. Conduct and coordinate

regular inspections

, ensuring all work, products, and documentation are prepared in advance. Address and resolve

quality issues

promptly by coordinating with relevant personnel to implement corrective and preventive actions. Prepare, review, and submit

inspection reports

ensuring compliance with approved standards. Maintain and regularly update

QA/QC documentation

, records, and performance reports on a

weekly, monthly, and annual basis

. Conduct

non-conformance trend analysis

, prepare remedial action reports, and submit findings to the Employer. Ensure the

approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)

and

Method Statements

are properly implemented on-site and coordinate hold points with the project team. Review and verify QA/QC organization structures and conduct

quality or technical compliance audits

for contractors, subcontractors, or vendors. Review

QA/QC procedures

,

inspection and test plans (ITPs)

submitted by contractors to ensure alignment with

contract/agreement requirements

. Monitor the effectiveness of the

project quality management system

and recommend or implement improvements when necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

(mandatory).

5-7 years of experience

as a QA/QC Engineer in the

construction industry

. Minimum

2 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects

in a similar or higher position (required). Strong understanding of

QA/QC procedures

,

ITPs

, and

quality auditing practices

. Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
