within the UAEWe are looking for a skilled
QA/QC Engineer
to join our team and ensure that all projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience inquality assurance and control
across majorbuilding and infrastructure projects
, preferably with amain contractor
.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor the
Quality Management System (QMS)
on site. Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and material submittals. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Coordinate with consultants and clients for quality inspections and approvals. Ensure proper documentation of test reports, NCRs, and quality records. Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Support site teams in maintaining consistent quality performance throughout project execution.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or relevant discipline. Minimum6 years of experience
with amain contracting company
in the UAE. Strong understanding ofconstruction materials, QA/QC procedures, and ISO standards
. Excellent knowledge ofproject documentation, audits, and inspection processes
. Effective communication and coordination skills. Must becurrently based in the UAE
