Job Description
Guildhall is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team for a warehouse project based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will ensure that all works meet project quality standards and specifications across MEP and civil disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and project quality documentation.
- Conduct inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and international standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team to resolve quality issues.
- Review material submittals, test reports, and maintain QA/QC records.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and support site quality audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 3-6 years of QA/QC experience in construction (preferably warehouse or industrial projects).
- Strong understanding of MEP and civil quality control procedures.
- Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
