Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated

QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

with hands-on experience in

marine and coastal construction projects

, including

revetments, seawalls, jetties, and port structures

.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)

processes across all project phases, ensuring all work meets engineering standards, specifications, and client requirements.
Strong

AutoCAD and 3D modeling

skills are essential to support design reviews, inspections, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain

QA/QC plans, procedures, and documentation systems

. Conduct

site inspections

, material testing, and verification of works for compliance with approved designs. Review and interpret

AutoCAD drawings, 3D models

, and construction details related to

revetments, breakwaters, seawalls, and coastal protection structures

. Prepare

inspection reports

,

non-conformance reports (NCRs)

, and other quality documentation. Coordinate with

Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Subcontractors

to resolve quality and compliance issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction quality and safety.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

(required).

Minimum 2 years of experience

as a QA/QC Engineer in

construction or marine projects

. Experience in

revetment, seawall, jetty, or port construction

is

highly preferred

.

Proficiency in AutoCAD

and/or

3D modeling software

(e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, SketchUp, etc.). Strong understanding of

construction materials testing

and

QA/QC procedures

. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

marine construction techniques

, including

piling, dredging, concrete works

, and

armor layer installation

. Familiarity with

QA/QC inspection tools

and

digital reporting systems

. Certification in

QA/QC

,

ISO Auditing

, or

Construction Quality Management

is an advantage.
