Job Description

7+ years experience, spearheading TRANSCO/ INFRASTRUCTURE projects AND familiar with TAQA Transmission standards.

Must have completed bachelor degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering

Must have HSE Officer Approvals (TAQA / Others)

Certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent)

Must have undergone First Aid Training, Fire Fighting Training

Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, checklists, and inspection methodologies

Knowledge of electrical equipment and civil works inspections

Skilled in NCR, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions

Implement and maintain the project-specific QA/QC plan in line with TAQA requirements

Develop and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and checklists and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 QMS

Conduct civil and electrical inspections for the completed work

Inspect and verify incoming materials & review material certificates, calibration reports

Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues
