Preparation of QA/QC Documents: Assumes responsibility for meticulously preparing and reviewing all QA/QC documentation for the project, including Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements (MS), certificates, calibration reports, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and other pertinent documents, ensuring comprehensive compliance and documentation traceability.

Ensures the Project Quality Documents available at the site are of the latest revision.

Preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.

Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site execution team prior to inspection activities.

Issue of site observations and non-conformance reports and track all non-conformance reports & undertake remedial action.

Ensuring the coordination and resolution of any External/Internal nonconforming or Site Instructions by reviewing QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements.

Qualifications Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, with a comprehensive understanding of project processes and execution.

Possesses excellent proficiency in civil engineering, quality assurance, and quality control systems; proficient in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems

Familiar with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all project phases.

Ability to Work closely with QA/QC Managers, project managers, engineers, and architects, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Manages multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizes work efficiently, and adheres to deadlines while upholding high quality standards. Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meeting challenging targets and strict deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effective interaction with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Proficiency in AutoCAD / MS Office / ERP Software

Familiarity with Engineering Codes / Standards / ISO standards (IMS).
