Key responsibilities

Designing and developing test plans, procedures, and criteria to assess product quality. Ensuring the tests are aligned with project specifications and requirements. Identifying defects or deviations from quality standards during production or testing. Documenting and reporting non-conformities to relevant stakeholders and ensuring corrective actions are taken. Review and understand construction plans, specifications, and drawings. Monitor construction activities for compliance with plans and specifications. Identify and report any safety hazards or discrepancies to the Resident Engineer. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on logistics and deliveries. Maintain up-to-date quality records including checklists, ITP, material testing reports, daily work progress. Preparing, updating and submitting all required quality assurance documents attachments accordingly. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors for inspections and approvals. Support the construction team in resolving quality-related issues. Ensure all activities in precast factories and RMB factories comply with client specifications and project requirements. Verify that all materials meet the approved specifications before use. Conduct regular factory visits to monitor production processes and ensure compliance from raw materials to the final product. Coordinate with suppliers, factory representatives, and the project team to resolve any issues related to material specifications or production quality. Maintain proper documentation and reports of inspections, material approvals, and compliance checks.
QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Valid driver's license (required). Experience in TAQA Transmission projects is an advantage.
