Job Summary:
The QA/QC Manager/Coordinator ensures that all interior fit-out projects meet the company's quality standards, client expectations, and relevant regulations. This includes developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting site inspections, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Standards:
- Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures for interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
2. Site Inspections:
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
- Identify and report defects, defects, or non-conformities.
3. Quality Control:
- Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
4. Defect Rectification:
- Identify and track defects, and ensure timely rectification.
- Verify that defects are rectified to the required standard.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Collaborate with project teams to improve quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Construction Management, Quality Management, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC in the construction or interior fit-out industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
