Job Description

:

?Develop and implement project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
?Prepare Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and checklists in line with ADNOC specs. ?Monitor daily construction and installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specs, and standards.
?Witness and verify tests (NDT, hydrotest, weld inspections, coating inspections, etc.). ?Coordinate inspections with ADNOC representatives and third-party inspectors.
?Conduct Welding Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and Welder Qualification Tests (WQT).
?Verify calibration and use of measuring and testing equipment
?Identify, record, and report non-conformities (NCRs).
?Maintain updated Punch Lists and ensure timely rectification.
?Compile final Quality Dossiers for handover to ADNOC.
?Interface with Client QA/QC reps, PMC, and subcontractors for quality issues.
?Attend site meetings to resolve quality-related issues.
?Ensure works comply with ADNOC specifications, codes (API, ASME, ISO) and UAE statutory requirements.
?Support HSE team to ensure works are safe and quality standards are not compromised.

Educational Qualification:

?Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, Civil or Related.
?ADNOC Oil & Gas QA/QC experience (Midstream/Downstream preferred)
?CSWIP 3.1 / BGAS / NDT Level II is an advantage.
?Good knowledge of international codes and ADNOC standards.

Experience:

?3-7 years of experience in oil and Gas projects.
?Prior experience with ADNOC projects is highly desirable.
