Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and oversee the Project Quality Plan, ITPs, and quality control procedures in line with sewerage infrastructure standards. Conduct inspections to ensure that construction activities (pipelines, manholes, pumping stations, etc.) comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Review and approve technical submittals, including method statements, materials, and test reports. Identify, report, and manage non-conformances (NCRs), ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and third-party laboratories for quality inspections and testing. Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records and assist in internal/external audits and ISO 9001 compliance. Prepare quality documentation for pre-commissioning, project closeout, and handover processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2015 Internal/Lead Auditor) is preferred. Knowledge of relevant sewerage infrastructure standards and local authority requirements (e.g., ADM, ADSSC) is an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in a QA/QC role within an

EPC or infrastructure company

, with

direct experience on sewerage or water pipeline projects

. Experience in handling quality documentation, third-party inspections, and audits. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with QA/QC software/tools is preferred. Strong understanding of project specifications, codes, and construction drawings.
