Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
QA/QC Engineer
to ensure quality compliance in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, hands-on experience in quality management, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.Key Responsibilities:
Review project specs, drawings, and quality requirements. Develop and implement
Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
. Monitor construction activities for compliance with standards. Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for approvals and inspections. Conduct internal/external audits and support handover processes. Ensure compliance withQHSE policies
and environmental regulations. Report quality performance to management.Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. 5-8 years in
QA/QC (construction/infrastructure projects)
.ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
certification (mandatory). Strong knowledge ofinternational codes, testing procedures, and material standards
. Experience inroot cause analysis and continuous improvement
. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
