Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and experienced

QA/QC Engineer

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities, products, and services comply with established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to delivering superior quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Control plans and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and processes to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Monitor and inspect all stages of project execution, from raw material procurement to final delivery, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks.

Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and deviations, and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare comprehensive QA/QC reports, including inspection results, test data, and quality performance metrics.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.

Ensure all quality documentation is accurately maintained and readily available for audits.

Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the project team.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in QAQC engineering,

preferably in the Landscaping industry with strong technical support background.

Strong understanding of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant industry codes.

Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
