Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.
Job Responsibilities:
A Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring products or services meet ISO 9001 standards and project requirements. Develop quality control processes, identify and resolve issues, maintain documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and reporting to all activities on regular basis to Lead QA/QC.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
CSWIP 3.1 certified welding inspector
ASNT Level II in RT, PT, UT & MT.
BGAS CSWIP Painting Inspector
Internal Auditor \xe2\x80\x93 ISO-9001:2015
5 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Quality Engineer in UAE.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all quality-related processes and activities align with ISO 9001 standards
- Preparation of Quality Plan, Method Statement and ITP\xe2\x80\x99s for the Project activities
- Carryout quality control inspection as per approved ITP with associated check sheets
- Reporting non-conformity of product and services to the quality manager
- Monitor the implementation corrective and preventive measures on product and services to ensure fulfil ISO 9001 requirements
- Preparation of all type welding WPS, PQR, WQT and preparation of quality procedures and method statements as per welding codes & standards.
- Arranging & coordinating with third party and client for various Audit and conducting internal audits.
- Maintain quality document and submit dossier to client prior project completion
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality processes and compliance with ISO 9001
