Role Description

Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking an experienced

Inspection & Expediting Coordinator (QA/QC)

to manage vendor inspections, material expediting, and quality compliance for high-risk offshore projects, including

FPSO conversions, marine platforms,

and

subsea control and safety systems

.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional client liaison skills, and a solid background in UAE and GCC projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Third-Party Inspections (TPI) for critical equipment: valves, piping, and structural components. Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPAs). Conduct audits in accordance with

API

ASME

, and

ISO 9001

standards. Track material deliveries against project schedules (EPIC phases). Develop and implement risk-based mitigation strategies to address supplier delays. Oversee FAT/SAT for safety systems (HIPPS, ESDV). Serve as the primary client liaison for inspection and expediting activities. Capture and document client feedback to drive continuous process improvements. Maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), and Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs). Ensure cybersecurity compliance for digital inspection tools. Align vendor performance with

ADNOC/ARAMCO

supplier requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred). 3-7+ years of QA/QC coordination experience in Oil & Gas EPCI projects within the UAE/GCC. Strong working knowledge of

ASME Section IX, API 6A,

and

NACE MR0175

.

CSWIP 3.1

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

certification. NDT Level II (preferred). Valid UAE driving license. Holding a

visit visa

or

cancelled visa

status. Valid offshore medical and safety certifications (

BOSIET

preferred).
