Build Mode Industries is seeking a

QA/QC Coordinator

with a

minimum of 2 years' experience in interior fit-out

, specifically within the

hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, F&B outlets, etc.)

. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards and ensuring compliance across all stages of interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and implement QA/QC procedures across hospitality interior fit-out projects. Conduct daily inspections and ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, checklists, MIRs, NCRs, etc. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Assist in managing snagging and de-snagging processes and ensure timely resolution. Participate in material inspections and approval processes as per project requirements. Report quality-related issues and improvements to the QA/QC Engineer and Project Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out QA/QC, specifically in the hospitality sector.

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Strong knowledge of hotel and F&B interior finishing standards and procedures. Familiarity with UAE regulations and hospitality brand standards. Excellent documentation and coordination skills. Strong communication and attention to detail.
