Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Civil Inspector

to join our team for high-end villa projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality inspection, ensuring construction works comply with project specifications, designs, and UAE construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect civil works for villa projects including foundations, structural elements, masonry, plastering, and finishing works. Verify that construction activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports with observations, deficiencies, and recommendations. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve construction-related issues. Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with UAE building codes and international standards. Maintain accurate records of site inspections, test results, and progress reports. Ensure safety compliance on-site in line with company policies and UAE regulations. Participate in progress meetings and provide technical input on civil works.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience in civil inspections, preferably in villa or residential projects. At least 7 years of professional experience in the UAE construction industry. Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and quality assurance procedures. Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office and site inspection software/tools.

Preferred:

Experience with high-end or luxury villa projects. Knowledge of project management and quality management systems.
