QA/QC Civil Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,000 (per month)

Experience Required: 6-7 Years

Certification: Civil Engineering Degree + QA/QC Course Certification

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities related to fit-out and joinery works. The role involves coordinating with consultants and clients, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with all QA/QC regulations and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all QA/QC requirements for interior fit-out and joinery projects. Conduct inspections with consultants and clients as per project requirements. Ensure adherence to all quality standards and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare, maintain, and organize QA/QC documentation, reports, and records. Monitor the implementation of QA/QC plans and provide recommendations for improvements. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance. Address and resolve any non-conformance issues promptly and effectively. Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with the approved standards and specifications.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Valid QA/QC Certification (preferred). 6-7 years of experience in QA/QC roles, particularly in fit-out and joinery projects. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and materials. Experience working with consultants and clients on inspection procedures. Proficiency in preparing QA/QC-related documentation. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
