Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Address internal works and process non-conformances. \xc2\xb7 To execute and monitor engineering works and reports in accordance with the standards. \xc2\xb7 Identify quality complaints, conduct investigation and analysis, resolve quality problems, follow up corrective and preventive action. \xc2\xb7 Identify complaints on quality of engineering reports, conduct investigation, and analysis, resolve quality problems, follow up on corrective and preventive action. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with project managers to ensure complaints on quality problems are resolved effectively. \xc2\xb7 Assist Project Managers in planning and managing of projects. \xc2\xb7 Other functions such as filing management, quality inspection, support the overall productivity goals, and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree Certificate with minimum 5 - 6 years of work experience. Preferable with work experience in industries such as pharmaceutical, engineering, construction or engineering consultancy. \xc2\xb7 Intermediate computer skills on Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint. \xc2\xb7 Contribute to a team-oriented environment. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). \xc2\xb7 Ability to understand and follow instructions.
