QA/QC Architecture Engineer

About Us:

We are a premier fit-out contractor specializing in luxury residential, commercial, and bespoke interior projects. Our core expertise covers furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), customized joinery, and marble finishing. We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Architectural Engineer to join our growing team and ensure all projects adhere to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and oversee QA/QC standards and procedures across fit-out works. Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and samples for joinery, furniture, and marble elements. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with project requirements, specifications, and quality benchmarks. Track and document subcontractor and supplier performance to maintain quality compliance. Prepare QA/QC documentation, including reports, method statements, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure all QA/QC activities are performed in line with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5-7 years of QA/QC experience in fit-out projects, with hands-on knowledge of FF&E, furniture, joinery, and marble works. Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and international quality standards. Proficient in QA/QC procedures, ISO systems, and inspection techniques. Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills. Valid GCC Driving License is required.
