QA/QC Engineer
to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance across our innovative materials and applications.Your Responsibilities:
Lead and enforce QA/QC procedures throughout production and application stages. Oversee quality control on decorative and structural surface systems. Verify compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., LEED, BREEAM). Conduct inspections, material testing, and performance evaluations. Collaborate closely with applicators, architects, and project stakeholders. Maintain precise records and resolve non-conformities effectively.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline. 3+ years of QA/QC experience in the construction, finishing, or materials sector. Familiarity with microcement, lime-based plasters, and natural surface materials. Strong attention to detail, documentation, and site coordination. Based in or open to relocation within the UAE.
