Our Client in Oman are currently Looking for QA/QC Engineer -For Existing Steel Door Production Factory Interested and Eligible candidates please email detailed CV with photo in Word document format only (PDF format will not be accepted ) Qualification: Mechanical Engineer with Minimum 2- 3 years in steel metal works with experience in all QA/QC documentation and certifications. Reporting to : Factory Manager Age Limit : 25 - 35 strictly 1. Implementation of quality control procedures and plans for providing the more efficient production of materials 2. Maintain Steel Doors certifications and stickers from different certified bodies on regular basis 3. Inspection of raw materials 4. Identifying, analyzing and resolving of problems and issues with quality assurance and control 5. Inspection of fabricated products 6. Checking quality of powder coating / painting 7. Final inspection of finished products before delivery 8. Ensuring safety and proper housekeeping inside factory 9. Audit documentation for UL, Warrington Exova interteck certification bodies 10. Assisting ISO MR, to maintain ISO procedures 11. Updating the status of QA/QC procedures to factory manager 12. Other related works as and when required
