ensures electrical and instrument installations meet project specs, codes (IEC, IEEE, NFPA), and standards through detailed inspections, loop checks, cable management, instrument calibration, punch listing, and documentation, issuing NCRs, RFIs, as-built drawings, reports, witnessing tests, and verifying contractor competency in construction/commissioning phases.
