Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise civil maintenance site activities and coordinate with project engineers, project managers, clients, and consultants to ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct meetings with suppliers and subcontractors to determine and agree upon quality assurance parameters relevant to civil works. Lead the QA team, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company quality policies. Oversee the drafting, review, and approval of testing and inspection documents and procedures. Implement testing and inspection procedures, overseeing the entire QA process to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Troubleshoot quality issues on-site and modify test and inspection procedures as necessary. Conduct analysis and checks on civil materials and workmanship to verify quality standards. Review and compile Quality Assurance reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Ensure the timely delivery and proper storage of approved materials and equipment on-site. Respond efficiently to requests and inquiries from clients and management. Seek clarification and coordinate with the project manager or site engineer whenever required. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support project objectives and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with additional certifications in Quality Management preferred. Proven 4 years experience of QA/QC in Oil and Gas civil maintenance projects. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and inspection/testing methods specific to civil works. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues effectively on-site. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders.
