We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic QA QC to strengthen our growing team. Requirements: Experience in Joinery company Minimum experience of 5 years in joinery with certificate Can join immediately RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Daily inspections and test of the specifics established in the contract and drawings
  • Conduct and participate in quality or technical compliance audits for contractor, sub-contractor, or vendors.
  • Manage overall quality control of construction contractor\'s output
  • Review the QA/QC procedure and contract documents for each Construction stage/phase in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Project Manager of any deficiency.
  • Attend all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure
  • Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with PMC discipline engineers, daily issuing NCRs in case of non-compliance and reporting to Project Manager in case of shortage of skilled laborers and/or site supervision staff.
  • Plan, organize & implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) according to project requirements and Consultant / Client specifications
  • Responsible for quality control logs, assist in generating reports as per the contractual requirement or procedure.
  • Prepare Materials Inspection Requests (MIR) and conduct inspection of raw materials delivered at site and review if material in line with per approved material submittal & as per specification requirements.
  • Coordinate to other discipline for various technical matters prior to submittal of Work Inspection Report.
  • Conduct surveillance and pre inspection of work to ensure that the executions on site will comply with the approved shop drawing, specification, material submittals, method of statement and other requirement.
  • Review and monitor material specifications and quality standards, workflow, processes, etc. and recommend adjustments if needed in order to comply with the company policies, client and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct and coordinate regular factory inspections, making sure also that work, products and documentations are prepared prior.
  • Address quality issues on an immediate basis and coordinate with concerned personnel and discuss the measures to be taken to minimize quality risk.
  • Preparing and reviewing all inspection reports for compliance.
  • Assign tasks, monitor, train, and evaluate workers in the Quality Department.
  • Completion of QC factory instructions and coordinate their closure.
  • Prepare and/or issue nonconformance reports.
  • Review work procedures and method statements for compliance
  • Regular test of products to verify the functionality and quality.
  • Receive returned goods, review, report the reasons for the return, identify the corrective measures, if any and maintain complete records.
