QA Induction Training (GMP &HSE) to new joiners and submit the induction program document to HR.

Personnel Hygiene Monitoring and update the checklist.

Supervising cleaning and sanitization of entire facility and perimeter area.

Update cleaning schedule, verify cleaning checklist & monitoring record.

Coordinating and supervising Waste management to prevent any hygiene and pest issues through proper communication with the service providers.

With approval of management and accounts team selling unrequired IBC, pallets and other recycled waste.

Assess the chemical consumption and verify chemical inventory to secure required stock of chemicals all the time.

Need to file and post updated MSDS in the file and chemical storage area.

Train the chemical handling cleaning teams on SSOP and safe handling.

Monitoring overall pest management activity and ensure all the record and documents are updated by coordinating with pest control service providers.

Continuously monitor the staff activities in processing and store area to ensure the safety of staffs.

Report any incidents or accidents with proper investigation report.

Train the staffs on the Safe working procedures.

Ensure glass policy is followed and conduct monthly glass inspection by using the glass inspection checklist.

Make sure the glass breakage procedure is followed during the incidents of glass breakage in the facility.

Manage first aid kit and its inventory. Attend all incidents that required first aid

Conduct monthly random inspection of staff lockers to ensure the cleaning, pest activity and storage practices.

LUX monitoring in production and storage areas to ensure the adequate light intensity as DM food code.

Coordinating with HR to assign internal and external staffs for cleaning and other activities in the JD. Reporting to HR the attendance of the staff and any performance related feedback

Any other additional task assigned by the Line Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
