Job Description

A leading organization in the financial services sector, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences. The company is seeking a QA Engineer to join its team and ensure the highest standards of quality across its systems and applications.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
Perform CRM testing across multiple platforms to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
Conduct API and database testing to verify data integrity and system reliability.
Manage defect tracking and resolution throughout the software development lifecycle.
Implement and maintain automation scripts using industry-standard tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/testing within complex environments.
Strong expertise in CRM testing (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar platforms).
Solid understanding of banking or financial services domain.
Proficiency in API and database testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Postman, or equivalent).
Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Playwright is highly desirable.
