QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

Our product powers digital banking experiences, including wallets, payments, transactions, dashboards, and smart financial assistance -- in a fast, secure, and globally distributed environment.
As we scale, we are looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about quality, reliability, and delivering seamless user experiences across mobile and backend systems.
What You'll Do
Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for mobile and backend applications.
Perform manual and automated testing across React Native applications and Node.js APIs.
Validate RESTful APIs and serverless workflows.
Ensure high reliability of systems deployed in AWS environments.
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams in an agile environment.
Improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.
Contribute to CI/CD quality gates and release validation processes.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in QA (manual and automation).
Experience testing mobile applications (React Native preferred).
Strong experience testing REST APIs (Postman, Swagger, or similar).
Experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
Familiarity with Node.js environments.
Experience working with AWS (Serverless is a strong plus).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Professional English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech or high-transaction platforms.
Mobile automation experience (Detox, Appium, etc.).
Performance or load testing experience.
Experience working in globally distributed teams.
