As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer specializing in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 17020 standards, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organizations adherence to quality management systems and regulatory requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Development and Implementation of Quality Management Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards.Customize quality processes and procedures to suit the specific needs and requirements of the organization

Internal Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement.Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented to address any non-conformists or deviations.

Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.Implement changes and improvements to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of operations.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to quality management systems and ISO compliance.Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits and inspections.

Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to staff members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

External Audits: Coordinate and facilitate external audits conducted by certification bodies or regulatory agencies.Serve as the primary point of contact during external audits, ensuring smooth and successful audit processes.

Non-Conformity Management: Investigate and address non-conformists identified during audits or inspections.Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and improve processes.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key quality performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems.Generate reports and present findings to management to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to address quality-related issues and drive quality initiatives.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with quality objectives.

Compliance with ISO Standards: Stay updated on changes and updates to ISO standards relevant to the organizations operations. Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO requirements through regular reviews and assessments.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a similar industry or environment.

Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 17020 standards.

Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems.

Proficiency in conducting internal audits and managing external audits by certification bodies.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) would be an advantage.

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
