Develop and maintain procedures required for effective implementation of Quality Management System. Ensure effective application of project document and data management system across all projects and operations.
Principle duties and responsibilities:
Ensure effective and consistent application of Quality processes across projects
Facilitate and ensure application of Project Criticality Rating assessment covering the scope of contract
Develop and implement project specific document and data control procedure and templates
Provide support to project, operations team and vendors in managing an effective document control system
Create quality plans based on the ISO 9001 requirements, incorporating additional customer quality and technical regulations requirements
Prepare and submit required quality performance reporting on an agreed time period and/or as required
Manage project related issues, support and encourage action owners for fast and effective resolution (NCR, CIR, Audit finding, NCR/RCA)
Strive to continuously improve & simplify existing processes in addition to auditing and verifying actions
Participate in project Lesson Learned efforts to ensure project learning communicated across all projects/operations
Participate in project close outs activities by facilitating closure of all project quality actions
Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Job Specifications:
Minimum a Bachelors in Engineering with 8 years experience in manufacturing process packages, EPC , natural gas processing and compression packaging of which minimum 3 years should be in an EPC environment
Minimum ISO 9001:2015 Lead Assessor certification
Knowledge of quality tools and international standards (ANSI/ASME, ASTM, API, BS, EN, MSS, ISO , shell DEPs etc)
Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera, MS Excel and MS Word
Knowledge in quality management in projects covering design/engineering, construction, inspection/testing and commissioning phases
