Job Description

We are seeking a talented QA Automation Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and establish best practices for automation testing within the development team. As a QA Automation Manager, you will oversee the automation strategy, develop testing frameworks, and ensure that the development and product teams are set up for success in building high-quality software. Your expertise in both manual and automated testing will play a crucial role in driving our commitment to delivering a seamless user experience. Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement a robust automation testing strategy that aligns with product goals and timelines. + Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices for testing and automation.
+ Design and maintain testing frameworks and test automation tools.
+ Collaborate with product management and development teams to define testing requirements and create automated test suites.
+ Analyze test results, report defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
+ Establish metrics for automation efficiency and effectiveness, continuously improving the QA process.
+ Conduct regular reviews of test results and provide feedback for product improvements.
+ Stay current with industry trends in testing technology and methodologies.

Requirements

5+ years experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation. Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong programming skills in one or more scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.). Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG). Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies including Agile/Scrum. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
