Job Description
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Selenium automation and a strong understanding of syndicated loan lifecycles. The ideal candidate will build and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure quality throughout our loan syndication platform.

Key Requirements
- Strong proficiency in automation testing using Selenium
- In-depth knowledge of syndicated loan processes and lifecycles
- Experience implementing quality assurance strategies for financial software
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Automation Testing: Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver for test automation
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one language commonly used with Selenium (Java, Python, C#)
- Test Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, PyTest
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Bug Tracking Tools: Experience with JIRA, ALM, or similar
- Understanding of syndicated loan market operations and terminology
- Familiarity with loan origination, documentation, servicing, and settlement processes
- Knowledge of credit agreements, loan covenants, and syndication structures
- Experience with loan management systems and financial software
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium
- Create comprehensive test plans covering syndicated loan functionality
- Perform regression testing to ensure platform stability
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues early in the development cycle
- Generate detailed test reports and documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- 3+ years experience in QA automation using Selenium
- Previous work in financial services, particularly with loan products
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for lending
- Experience with API testing and database validation
