Job Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and monitoring quality assurance policies and procedures in line with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
Conduct routine inspections of food handling, storage, and preparation areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Support in monitoring raw materials, ingredients, and finished products for quality and safety.
Maintain proper documentation of quality checks, audits, and corrective actions.
Assist in staff training on hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
Report non-conformities, deviations, or quality issues to the QA Officer/Manager for timely resolution.
Coordinate with kitchen/production teams to ensure consistent adherence to hospitality and food safety standards.
Assist in preparing quality reports and presenting findings for management review.
Participate in internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of monitoring equipment used for QA activities.
